Educational workshops/lectures
Organizational learning and knowledge management carry increasing weight in today’s world. In order to stimulate continuity of development and encourage staff to be active in improving their professional and personal profiles, companies recognise the value of lectures as a form of work which best contributes to this objective.
We offer several lecture packets which may be tailored to a variety of topics, on company premises, at a pace which suits the client. They are based on contemporary psychological knowledge and include examples from business practice. They are interactive and stimulating for participants and promote and develop a constructive lifestyle.
Lectures may include the following topics:
- Stress management
- Managing emotions
- Emotional health
- Principles of assertive communication
- Varieties of conversation partners
- Giving feedback
- Effective communication
- Active listening
- Working with difficult people/situations
- Conflict resolution
- Self-motivation and overcoming procrastination
- Planning one’s time
- Leading a balanced life
- Creativity in an organisational context
- Personal values
- The comfort zone
- …
This is not a final list, the topics may be adapted. It is of key importance to recognise the needs of the personnel in each company and to be clear on what we wish to achieve through the lectures. Following this, we work together on identifying the best possible way of organising the series.
